Natalia is super friendly and helpful when it comes to understanding your needs. Everything from viewing the property to making an offer to the vendor was done in 2 days. Good negotiation on my behalf. After service was excellent as well. Regular communication to make sure all appropriate steps are in place.

I'm pleased to be able to offer a review of Natalia's professional services, with the key to her success being great communication, be it an update, feedback, offers and just kind reminders. This is particularly important when you are located off-shore and not at the location of the sale. As a consequence of her skills I would recommend both Natalia and the MICM team at any time.

I had complete faith in Natalia from the beginning. Outstanding knowledge and communication and has been a pleasure to deal with. Total professional. Any suggestions Natalia presented I agreed with. I was keep up to date with any information and always felt we would get the result we were looking for. I have sold properties in the past but haven't received the level of service that Natalie provided.

Natalia has recently helped me sell a 1 bedroom apartment in Southbank. Her knowledge of the market and ability to connect and follow-up with potential buyers was fantastic ... but then a lot of agents can do this. The thing that impressed me most was Natalia's communication, keeping me updated throughout the marketing and sale process. I felt informed and confident each time I was required to make a decision. A great comfort when you are living interstate from the property you are selling! Great experience, would definitely recommend Natalia.

Jen Lin Lau is an excellent agent. On a personal level she is friendly, very easy to get along with, patient, understanding and informative. Her reassuring and encouragement helped me get through a stressful time. Professionally I could not have asked for a better agent. I was stoked with the way she promoted the sale of my apartment - the photos and both the brochure and online presentations in entirity were brilliant. I was proud to show them to family and friends. Jen contacted me after every open for inspection and updated me on every development by phone call, text or email. Her regular written reports were comprehensive and very detailed providing me with an excellent idea of how the campaign was progressing. Anytime that I had a question she was readily available and happy to oblige. I trusted Jen and had full confidence that she would do everything that she possibly could to get a result that I'd be happy with and she delivered!!! I highly recommend her as an agent.

Jen has been an absolute stand out! From the moment we met she was professional and well informed. She was well prepared for our initial meeting and since has been diligent in following up and getting things sorted. I gave her a tough task and a quick turn around with high expectations and she has blown me away! She respected my expectations and managed to generate a huge amount of interest and deliver great results. Her suggestions were on point and she was relentless in ensuring my property looked the best it could. On top of this she has worked tirelessly to ensure the best outcome and I would be more than happy to work with her in future and recommend her. Jen, you are an absolute super star! I am sure MiCM realize how lucky they are to have you. Your professionalism, diligence and hard work is a true testament to your success. Thank you!
