Jen has been very helpful in handling the matter throughout the selling process. She provided up to date information about the suburb and set realistic target in achieving goals. Ultimately, I have achieved the goal and overall it has been a long but fruitful process. Highly recommend to seek her out if you looking to sell your investment unit, especially EPIC apartment.

I contacted Jen because she was already the number one real estate agent in Melbourne. I was honestly skeptical as people had nothing but good things to say about her, but entrusting her with the sale of my one and only home was one of the most successful choices I've made in my life. I was actually planning to meet with a few agents besides her, but after my first meeting with her, I was already convinced that she was the most suitable one. Her professionalism, clarity, and sincerity in explaining every little question I had. She was also very prompt, always responding to my communications immediately. She had already planned everything from the first inspection of my home to how to sell it, which strategy and which ad configuration would work best. Once everything was set up and we actually started the open inspections, her professionalism was evident and she was very good at engaging buyers. Thanks to her great outreach strategy, the inspections were a success and we received a realistic and positive offer much sooner than expected. The result was a very satisfying outcome for both buyer and seller. As a seller, I can't thank Jen enough; her diligent and professional efforts made one of the most difficult and frustrating processes of my life a very successful and satisfying outcome. Thanks to her efforts, I am much better prepared than I ever expected to move on to the next phase of my life.
