While I did not meet Jen Lau personally as I am not living in Australia, from my dealings via emails and phone calls with Jen Lau, I can deduce that she is very professional, knowledgeable, competent and highly driven. I am impressed with her expeditious handling of the sales of my property which was sold within one month after my tenant's lease termination. I am glad that the sales price achieved was also at the high side of the indicative price range indicated by Jen.
