Natalia went above and beyond to assist in us our purchase in The Guild Building Southbank. Meeting with us after hours getting us into multiple private inspections was super impressive. Natalia very quickly understood our situation and needs as buyers and matched us perfectly with the available properties and sellers. I would definitely highly recommend Natalia as an Agent. Thank you Natalia.

I chose Natalia to sell my inner city apartment based on her previous 5 ⭐️ reviews and have to say I was not disappointed! Natalia was a consummate professional and her communication, advice, confidence and enthusiasm to gain the very best outcome during the sale process was clearly evident. The apartment was sold in a matter of weeks - I would have no hesitation in recommending Natalia and would have given her 6 ⭐️‘s if I could!

Jen was very helpful and professional. I reside in Perth and was unable to go to Melbourne, mainly due to COVID. Jen was assisting me throughout the whole process in conjunction with the Settlement agent. Also dealing with my limited tech skills, and everything being executed online, it was relatively easy with Jen’s patience and assistance. I would happily recommend Jen to other prospective clients.

Natalia is a professional agent who is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects associated with successful transaction of properties. Apart from grasping comprehensive marketing information (which I believe takes lots of research and evaluation), Ms. Susanti also has a strong sense on the preference and interest of landlords and potential buyers, down to a subliminal level that is generally difficult to catch. As such, she is capable of offering strategic advice to landlords on how they should present and price their property to match the best interest of both parties. Natalie is a diligent and friendly person, replying enquiries through various communication channels whenever necessary, even after office hours and during weekends. In her messages, there are often kind greetings and interesting information (such as photos and videos of the City). We felt being treated not just as a client, but also as a friend by Natalie and her company.
