Faith has been excellent throughout the whole buying process. Purchasing a property during lock down was quite stressful as I couldn't inspect it, however Faith was very honest and fair and she made the experience so much easier. She was very respectful and was very prompt with getting back to me. I'd certainly recommend her for this reason. Thanks Faith!

It is our pleasure to work with Faith. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, competent and professional in her work. She was very helpful and guided us from start to finish. Faith gives very regular feedback and reports after each inspection. She obtained the best price for us in this difficult pandemic year. She is indeed an excellent agent.

Jen has been very proactive in helping us to sell our apartments. Despite the lockdown, She is constantly in touch and come up with several ways to get enquirers, sales etc. We would definitely engage Jen again in the near future!
Jen Lin Lau
Jen was very knowledgeable about the Melbourne market which was very helpful to us as we are based in Perth and put a lot of faith in her advice. Despite the difficulties placed upon her because of COVID Jen made sure we always had a zoom meeting each week to keep us updated and made suggestions and added items to enhance our property and to help attract potential buyers. We could not have wished for a better person to get the results.

Me and my boyfriend just recently purchased our first home. Being a young couple, a lot of real estate agents were quite rude and don't take us seriously but Natalia is different. She is patient and took our queries seriously from the start. She is also extremely reliable. She responds to our texts fast and has our best interest at heart. Overall, she made our first experience buying a home much easier and enjoyable :)
