Jason was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable, especially when it comes to apartment sales (which I was selling down St Kilda Rd, Melbourne). I was honestly and transparently updated throughout the process. The final sale price was right in the middle of my expected price range and given the market conditions at the time, was a decent outcome that I am satisfied with. He took care of everything in terms of organising viewings of the property, co-ordinating with tenant in the property, liaising with potential buyers, negotiating with buyers, recommending reputable conveyancers, advising on how best to present the property for viewing, provided options along the way, etc. Was extremely low amount of effort on my part which was great! Very pleased with him and would recommend him to my friends or others who are selling properties.
