Qiao is the most hard working agent I have seen, she would spend any time talking to you on your questions and concerns even at night. There was a period of time where I spent 1 to 2 hours talking to Qiao on my Property every night and she was very patient. Definitely recommend her.

In a difficult market Faith still managed to sell our apartment for close to want to what we wanted. You may not think that it's a ringing endorsement but it is. Any agent can sell in a good market but it's take a good agent to sell in a difficult market. You kept us informed at every step of the way and answered my (many) questions. We would use her again.
