Natalia is a detailed and meticulous agent who never fails to put her customer’s needs on top priority. Started viewing apartments with Natalia in mid March around the city area and she brought me to view quite a number of units according to our demand. Unfortunately, none of the 2 bedroom really met what we needed in terms of price. So we stopped the viewing for a week or so and then we decided to check out the 1 bedroom units. We engaged Natalia again to get her to show us the available units and after viewing a few, we saw one that we really liked and we put down an offer for that. Just want to say thanks Natalia for being patient with us for the one month period and really lovely to have engaged you for our first home :)

She very customer minded, she listens and understands what you want. The most important to owner is, she works very hard and very keen to find buyer. After I signed the contract, less than 2 days, inspections were started and happily less than 2 weeks the property was sold. I could not expect more.

Faith was a terrific agent that persisted until she found the apartment she knew we would love. We had a small hiccup at our first meeting, with us missing out on another apartment but in the end we got a better apartment. After realising what we wanted she looked around and found exactly what we wanted

We couldn’t recommend Natalia highly enough. The sale process was over approximately a six month period and during that time, Natalia had confidence the unit would sell and always gave us that encouragement. Her professionalism shined when she advised us not to take early offers as she thought the unit was worth more. With her recommendations, the unit was sold with a price we were happy with. Natalia kept us informed of how inspections went and her communication skills were excellent.

Natalia is an outstanding agent. She is extremely hard working, dedicated and knowledgeable. We have every confidence in her ability and her negotiation skills. We have bought and sold several properties with Natalia as our representative, will use again and would have no hesitation recommending her to other buyers and sellers.

Being a first time apartment buyer, I needed all the help I can get when it came to selecting the right apartment that suites my needs. Faith Chang was very friendly, approachable and supportive from the beginning to the end. I understand that her time is precious and I have most likely taken a lot of her time to gain clarity on a number of items but she has always allocated time to make me feel as if I was her only client. If you need an agent that will look after your requirements and interests then Faith Chang is the agent for you. Thank you so much Faith!
