Gave a realistic range of price for a sale and was able to negotiate up for this lovely unit. Was able to negotiate with leasing agent, tenants, vendor and clients, keeping everyone in the loop and sorting potential problems as they arose, and most importantly I think everyone is happy. We have been completely happy with the result and the experience and would definitely use Qiao again. The purchaser should be very happy with this unit that has been part of our family history for the last ten years.

I have engaged Jen through MICM. MICM was managing my apartment so I have asked my managing agent to introduce me to a competent sales agent. She is very helpful and has kept me well informed all the time. She has also kept me informed even after the auction which is quite helpful compare to my previous property sales. It was her first auction campaign and I was surprised how well she performed. Overall we are very happy with her sales service and would highly recommend other people to her.

I gave Natalia a very specific brief - a precise location, minimum square metres, desired floorplan, 2 bathrooms etc. She took me through 6 or 7 options in one day that met my brief and I found one that I purchased and signed up within 5 days. that's the way its supposed to work but rarely does. Danny has been great. Very informative, clear and energetic in chasing down a sale. He got a great price for our apartment in a difficult market. He worked really hard to keep us in touch right through the process even though we were on the other side of the world in the UK. I have not met Natalia before nor after the property sale but I am happy with my decision to appoint her as my selling agent through MICM. I was pleasantly surprised that she found a buyer in a short period, as I was prepared to wait for three months. Natalia is responsive and prompt to my requests either through phone calls or emails. She carried out the negotiation straight to the point to conclude the sale. She also has been helpful in making the settlement process went smoothly without my presence as I am an interstate vendor.
