Qiao is very responsive agent. I’m living in overseas, she always keep contact with me for the update. She also give me very reasonable and fairly comments. Finally, I sold my property with a good price and all deal goes smoothly. Thank you Qiao!

Nat has been so hopeful with the whole selling process, from A to Z. I am very busy with work and don’t know much about the selling process but she took her time to explain and run me through the process and how I can obtain the best result which in the end it did. Her attention to detail is second to none. Have met me at a time that suit me due to my busy schedule. Have also updated with the offers and provided me with best advice. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends and families if they need to buy/sell

Gave a realistic range of price for a sale and was able to negotiate up for this lovely unit. Was able to negotiate with leasing agent, tenants, vendor and clients, keeping everyone in the loop and sorting potential problems as they arose, and most importantly I think everyone is happy. We have been completely happy with the result and the experience and would definitely use Qiao again. The purchaser should be very happy with this unit that has been part of our family history for the last ten years.

Was as pleasure dealing with Natalia, she was open and honest about the property and willing to offer information, quickly and thoroughly. She actually was one of the few agents I spoke who was willing to answer their phone for any questions and offered information needed to help close the sale.

Very satisfied with Natalia's patient, professional and customer focused approach. A person who truly deserves the title "Senior" Property Consultant in this era where Australia is moving towards a Service sector driven economy.

I have engaged Jen through MICM. MICM was managing my apartment so I have asked my managing agent to introduce me to a competent sales agent. She is very helpful and has kept me well informed all the time. She has also kept me informed even after the auction which is quite helpful compare to my previous property sales. It was her first auction campaign and I was surprised how well she performed. Overall we are very happy with her sales service and would highly recommend other people to her.

I gave Natalia a very specific brief - a precise location, minimum square metres, desired floorplan, 2 bathrooms etc. She took me through 6 or 7 options in one day that met my brief and I found one that I purchased and signed up within 5 days. that's the way its supposed to work but rarely does. She also had great follow up at any hour. Thanks again

Danny has been great. Very informative, clear and energetic in chasing down a sale. He got a great price for our apartment in a difficult market. He worked really hard to keep us in touch right through the process even though we were on the other side of the world in the UK. MICM, from whom we bought the apartment a few years ago, are also highly recommended for their level of service and professionalism. Thanks guys all of you!

Natalia has been a fantastic support throughout the time of selling my property in Melbourne, whilst living overseas. She has been honest, kept in regular communication with me, was flexible with changes based on my personal circumstances and would regularly go above and beyond what I expected in terms of service. I highly recommend her. Thanks again Natalia!
