I have not met Natalia before nor after the property sale but I am happy with my decision to appoint her as my selling agent through MICM. I was pleasantly surprised that she found a buyer in a short period, as I was prepared to wait for three months. Natalia is responsive and prompt to my requests either through phone calls or emails. She carried out the negotiation straight to the point to conclude the sale. She also has been helpful in making the settlement process went smoothly without my presence as I am an interstate vendor. Thank very much Natalia and I wish I have another property for you to sell :)

Natalia is the best agent i have partnered with to sell our property. She is well versed with the Southbank and CBD market. When she told her colleague what results she was going to aim to achieve for us, her colleagues said that no way she could manage pulled that off. 2 weeks of inspection was all it takes to achieve the price that we were asking for. Highly recommended!
