Natalie is a very friendly agent, however I wish she could be communicate more with regards the local requirement esp when we are all foreigner owners. We missed the first deal because it was not clear to us that we need to appoint a legal representative urgently. This has upset the potential buyer and we were perceived as not serious sellers. However Natalie was patient enough the continue looking out for the next deal. As for negotiation, Natalie was just communicating that the offer price to us. I don't think she did much on the negotiation beside just informing buyer and seller the price. Overall I am still happy with her service and will recommend her to friends.
