Jen is a fantastic realestate agent and I would recommend her to anyone! She was very helpful to me as this being my first home I have bought and she was very thourough in explaining how the whole process goes! I rang her and messaged her even late at night and she always replied and answered any question I had! She went out of her way to help me move in quicker than the original date! This is despite the less than ideal market situation. She has shown herself to be knowledgeable concerning the property market and is able to advise me objectively and clearly the options available to me. Her communication skills are excellent and she is professional in her approach. For example she highlighted to me the likely impact on the sale price of my apartment if I delay a decision till later, arising from some confirmed land development in the immediate vicinity adjacent to the apartment block.However she gives an objective analysis and left the final decision to me.
