Firstly, what's impressive about Qiao is that she clearly *gives a damn* about doing a good job. Because I use a wheelchair I had a very particular kind of property I was after so I could reno it for access, and needed to organise a few different site visits prior to formally purchasing the property. She sorted it out without any drama and even came back with options.
