Very good experience to work with Midland Realty Group.
It is the 2nd leasing contract by Tiffany and her team. Tiffany and her team are professional and attentive to detail. We found the right tenant 1day after publishing the ad. Tiffany's service is outstanding; she provided the right suggestion about the weekly rent to maximise the profit and minimise the risk of an empty house. She also supports the tenant to ensure all the inspections and maintenance are smoothly delivered to both sides.
