Great agency and Super friendly.
I just came from Canada and i have so much difficulty with getting new unit here. Fortunately i met really nice girl named Tiffany from Midland Realty Group and i am living so good unit now. So so happy:)

This is the one you will ever need!
Jeff and Tiffany are definitely the best of the best. They made the whole process so seamless and our house was leased within 7 days. Tiffany always makes herself available while keeping us informed throughout the process. Highly recommended!

An Agency that Accept Challenges, Achieved and Beyond
When I contacted Midland Investment Group (MIG) to rent out my property in Haymarket when the rental market was at its lowest level, I have given them a challenge. While the others renting their apartment at a lower rate, I have requested that my apartment to be rented out at about $200 higher than others. Not only did MIG helped me to rent out my apartment at the rental I wanted, today, MIG has found me a new tenant for another $100 higher after my previous tenant moved out with the turnaround time of 2 weeks. Apart from able to get me the rental that I wanted, MIG also provide me with frequent updates and let me know of the status of the rental property. I find this very helpful and it is worry free for me to have my property managed by MIG. I've no problem recommending MIG to others for the great services that they offer.

Great agent with professional service
Tiffany has done a great job in looking after my investment property in the past 2 years, including finding tenants/organising repairs/conducting periodic inspections etc. She always attends to matters in great details and responds in a timely manner. Also she has very good knowledge on the rental market and always shares with me her expert advice. I'm very glad to have her as my agent and would highly recommend her.

A more than Great Agency!
We were apprehensive initially to use a small agency but Tiffany over exceeded our expectations. She is responsive, proactive and knowledgeable about the local market. Tiffany found us a great tenant in the first opening. We can't recommend her enough! Thank you Tiffany from the bottom of our hearts!
