Correction - This review for Unit 1505/500: Recent Great rental experience with agent Tiffany who is helpful and responsive from Midland agency. The whole rental process took only couple of days and I moved in straightaway. Landmark is a stunning place to live in for whose who appreciates security, modern, elegance, comfort and professional friendly & caring staff (Concierge, Building Manager, Facility Manager, Cleaners on premise). Well-being Facilities include : SPA, GYM and Pool. There are dedicated rooms like library, dinning, golf, cinema, music, yoga, kids area so you can enjoy comfortable lifestyle and get-together activities that allow you to socialize with the diversified neighbors. I appreciate the high level measures of security and cleanliness that Landmark follows but some (bylaws) rules might be a bit restrictive to others. Great location, new and modern bright studio apartment which has bit of view and walking steps to public transport. I am very pleased with my choice to rent in the Landmark via Midland Group.
