We were very impressed by the Transparent Negotiation Process which allowed bidding for the property to proceed with confidence in the open-ness, as compared with a 'show of hands' auction. I believe this system will become more common-place in future. Pete's personal knowledge of the system (which he developed) gave us the confidence to proceed, and finally succeed with the purchase. But in addition, Pete's friendly style made the whole buying process much less stressful, and almost enjoyable.
