We were given appraisals by 4-5 of the local agents around our area of which Dockings were one . All of them except Dockings valued our property 200k less than the final settlement price . Adam and Lily knowing the area formulated a strategy that not only sold this property but exceeded expectations and they delivered this with a comprehensive campaign of advertising and at all times we felt part of the decision making of our property. The team at Dockings were given a tough ask to sell our property because of lack of data for our price bracket in our area but they did not look to down play expectations or price to suit them they kept a positive outlook and that positive work ethic delivered a record price . I could not praise Adam and the team enough on auction day as they worked for every dollar that was available .Well done and you will be selling for us next time .

I attended an auction conducted by Adam Docking in the street where we rented out the home of my late mother and was very impressed by the professional manner in which Adam handled the sale and contacted M J Docking the following Monday and arranged for a meeting with Adam After a short discussion the sale was underway and the presentation of the procedures of advertising etc., and as it was a rented property Adam handled the matter of advising the current tenant of the upcoming sale All staff were polite and considerate at all times and we were very happy with the outcome of the auction
