With more than 37 years in the real estate industry, Michelle McGill is a licensed agent who is able to accurately advise both homebuyers and astute investors, and facilitate a seamless transaction. A founding director of Property People in Leederville (formerly Paxton Hoad North before a rebrand exercise) from 1989 to 2006, Michelle has sold in excess of 2,500 properties. Her extensive knowledge and skill ensure that the changing real estate needs of her clients are met with care and attention to detail. Having spent much of her career focusing on Perth’s inner city and western suburbs, Michelle has developed a special affinity with the people, businesses and families of the areas. She finds herself not only loving and living in the area, but forever promoting it. Michelle values integrity and transparency above all else, and her strong sense of community spirit is evident in her voluntary work with the Real Estate Institute where she has assisted with public enquiries for more than 30 years. Prior to a career move into Real Estate, Michelle ran the rental sector of the Northern Territory Housing Commission, and was involved in welfare housing, aboriginal housing, building and maintenance as well as home loans. Her seamless transition into real estate led to a passion for her work as she finds great happiness and satisfaction in working with and helping her clients achieve their goals. Exceptionally well organised with a straightforward and honest approach, Michelle’s personal belief in sustaining a good reputation translate into a genuine appreciation of the importance of ethical and effective vendor/buyer negotiation.
