Making it quick and easy!
We recently had Mitchell from MMJ Dapto organise to lease our 3 bedroom townhouse. He and the team at MMJ made the process so easy from go to whoa. Knowledgeable, competent and efficient, we had the place leased in no time flat with their streamlined method and service.

MMJ Dapto are great never had a problem and they are all ways there to help. I have had my rental property three other agencies and MMJ Dapto are by far the best.

Incredible people!
I have never felt so calm or relaxed when dealing with an agent. They have been incredible from the application stage all the way through to moving in and beyond. They took into account my personal circumstances and assisted me all the way through. I would highly recommend them!

I recommend MMJ Dapto to everyone! They take things in their stride so well it makes the job look effortless. After hearing about Mitch through my mum it was an absolute no brainer. He is professional and approachable, I feel he genuinely wants the best outcome for me and is willing to teach me what I need to know about property management and relevant legislation to keep my Tennant and myself both happy. Fantastic- Best agency!
What makes these guys fantastic? The customer experience is of very high quality. This team goes above and beyond for you and really do make you feel like ‘family’. A big shout out to our agent Laura who’s been attentive, professional and efficient in all our dealings with her and the agency. Highly recommend these guys- by far the best service I’ve received from any real estate agency.

Simply The Best

Great Agency
We had to move during lockdown due to out rental being sold. MMJ were easy to deal with and made the process go smoothly for us. Their communication with us is great. I have dealt with some agents who you never hear from and have to continuously contact to get answers. Laura has been great. She has been very helpful and is very friendly as well. No complaints about MMJ at all
