Laura and the MMJ Dapto team have been excellent. We recently changed real estates and have been really impressed with the service. Our tenant had given notice to vacate our investment property & Laura went above and beyond to find us new tenants so our loss of rent was minimised. She managed to secure new tenants quickly and prior to the previous tenant’s move out date. This resulted in $0 loss of rent which my wife and I are very happy about! From the minute I met with Mitch I made the decision to go with him and the MMJ Dapto team. This is a decision I have no regrets about. Here are some examples. I needed a recommendation for a cleaner; I just rang Mitch and he had the best, prompt and really good cleaner to call. And she was really great! I need some maintenance work on the house, I rang Mitch and he recommended Steve and the M2 crew. I'll be using them whenever I need work done. I had a question, rang the office and Laura answered. Mitch was out but she was able to give me a detailed answer and knew exactly who I was and what was going on. I feel very much as if everyone in the office is on point and knows what is happening on a day to day basis. I imagine they have many properties they are looking after but it doesn't feel like that. I feel very happy using Mitch and the MMJ Dapto team. I will be working with them for many years I am sure.
