Simone was actually the first agent i phoned when we wanted to begin the process of selling our house & after a breif chat did not even bother phoning any others as I was immediately satisfied with her professionalism, market knowledge & overall attitude. I deeply value people who are direct & to the point in any business matters & Simone instantly resonated as somebody who fits thats mould. From the first time she visited for the initial appraisal through to settlement Simone & her team were nothing but helpful, always accessible & constantly updating us with any relevant information. Althought the selling & moving process is undoubtably one of the most stressfull things in life Simone & the Moneybags team made that side of things as easy & stress free as you could wish for whilst also exceeding expectations & getting us a great result in a very timely fashion. Overall, if you are looking to sell ... make Moneybags Property your first call as it will most likely be the only one you need to make !!!

At each step in the whole process, Simone from money bags came through with their commitment to excellence. Their negotiation skills were first-rate – they consistently found ways to get us the best deal possible. They also went out of their way to ensure every detail was taken care of. Simone and her team were always there for any questions we had. We will continue to use money bags for any real estate transactions we need.

Simone and the team were great from start to finish. I have used other agents in the past and have been put off regarding their ability and conduct. The team at Moneybags changed my perception and resorted faith in real estate agents. The team sold my house with the process fast and easy. Well done to the team at Moneybags.

Simone and the team were so professional, the styling and advertising of our home was 10/10. Very genuine and friendly and didn't talk themselves up like many Real Estates do. Also they had a cleanliness standard for sellers which was great to see. Unfortunately I didn't get the same standard of clean when we bought our next property with another agent. Would not hesitate to sell and buy with Simone Curtis in the future. Thanks again Simone.
