Simone was the first agent we had an appraisal from and couldn't look past her. The team went above and beyond to style our home perfectly. Simone was honest and always communicated with us. We beyond happy with the result of our sale and with choosing the money bags team!

Simone not only achieved a great price for the sale of our home, but she broke the suburb record as well! She was 100% dedicated. She showed up to every open home early and answered the phone every time we called. Simone was respectful and treated our home as if it was her own. Her team is a credit to her! Everyone we have dealt with has been friendly, respectful and have had excellent communication. We would definitely recommend the Moneybags Team!

We had a long drawn out search over 3yrs to buy this house. During the 2020 onwards property boom agents everywhere were lazy and using all kinds of underhanded games and tactics to sell properties. I could write a book on all the crazy stuff that was done to us over that period. Then we met Simone and her team, they were lovely and friendly and very welcoming when we rolled up to our first open home with them. Although it wasnt right for us they were happy to spend quite a bit of time giving us information about the area and what else was around. We repeated this process multiple times over a few months each time my wife and I would walk away and say the same things about the Moneybags team, How Nice and Freindly they are how differently they handled themselves from other agents.. We found ourselves getting excited when we saw that Simone had a new listing, until this property came up. We had 2-3 viewings over the period of a week or so (never a problem) and had a simple but strong contract negotiation where Simone worked hard for the Vendor to get the best price without doing anything that made me feel uncomfortable. From that point on everything was perfectly smooth and painless completely unlike anything we or our freinds had experienced previously.. Simone is seriously a 1 in a million agent. Massive thanks to everyone in the Moneybags team, Dead set Superstars all of you.. We love our new house and IF we ever decide to sell, You can bet your backside it will be Simones face on the sign out the front.. If you are looking at listing your property and want to speak to a real person ask Simone for my number.

Simone and her team were amazing from start to finish. Their communication, dedication, work ethic and professionalism was outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure the house was ready for the photo shoot, passed on valued information from open homes and through to handover they ensured everything was on track. Thank you for selling our home! Highly recommend them for buyers and sellers.
