Not all agents are the same. I have had a particularly bad experience with another company that could not manage to rent my property over a three month period. It turns out they were to busy to run open for inspections. I felt like they were my customer, rather than me being theirs. At Morrison Kleeman I have no such concerns. All the staff I have dealt with have been proactive and professional. They have a great team ethic and step in and step up when my own property manager is away. My property manager Cathy is fantastic at identifying potential issues and resolving them before they develop. She is well organised and on top of the details.
