Konstantin was extremely helpful in finding us a property that suited our needs. If a property wasn’t suitable he didn’t waste time in showing it to us. I would recommend Konstantin to any buyer or seller as he is able to bring the two together without any pressure.

Konstantin was terrific. His knowledge of the market was first class and he kept us informed all the way throughout the sale. He run the open houses in a very professional manner and got us a price beyond our expectations.

Kon was lovely to work with, despite me being the buyer - he was clear, concise and honest with his words and his work (although it can come across a little blunt). He was also really helpful in providing his time to let me know what to do as a first time buyer. Kon doesn’t mess around with your time and I can see why the sellers picked him to be their representative! He would be the guy I would go to if I ever do need to sell my property in the future. Apologies for being so late in my review!

Kon worked very hard and achieved a sale for us in trying conditions. Kon was polite, always returned phone calls and was diligent in updating us on open for inspections and client numbers. Overall we were happy with Kon's work for us and would not hesitate in recommending him to others
