Throughout the purchase of our home in Bondi Junction, we were highly impressed and satisfied with Konstantin Melnikov as the Vendor’s Agent. He has excellent customer service, professionalism & property market expertise. He was courteous, accommodating, efficient, easily accessible & willing to go the extra mile to ensure fairness to both parties, which we are very grateful for! We would highly recommend Konstantin and will happily use his services again in the future! Thanks, Silvio & Nora.

We had built a relationship with Kon over a 6 month period, initially we were not even looking to sell. Mid June we happened to stubble on a property we fell with, we called Kon the same day, from there that following weekend our home sold, for the price we wanted (a record for the configuration and size in our area). We also got the home we fell in love with. Kon is honest, reliable, transparent (with both buyers and vendors). Highly recommend.

Buying and selling a property it’s never easy and it certainly carries a lot of stress. Kon was very helpful and strait forward in helping me making the decision to purchase this great property that I now live in.

Kon is a genuine professional who helped us find a new place and made our buying experience extremely seamless. He is very thorough in his understanding of the property he is dealing in and never compromises the factual representation of any odds. Despite few last moment glitches in a deal with landlord he was able to amicably resolve everything at pace. Kon has been very helpful in addressing every detail even after the sale was concluded, that made our moving and settling-in so convenient.

Kon was amazing helping my mum downsize to an apartment. He understood her needs and worked with us and the vendor to get both her and his vendor a great outcome where everyone was happy. As a real estate agent of 17 years myself, I was so grateful to have Kon help mum through this big transition for her. Would happily recommend buyers and sellers to Kon anyday. Thanks again!

Kon was approached to sell our property, he was prompt, and devised the best approach suited to get the required results. Kon, and his team maintained a great line of communication throughout the campaign, exceeding our desired outcome, in a surprisingly short amount of time. I'd highly recommend Kon and the team at Moreton for all property related matters.

Kon really believed in the value of our property and he went above and beyond to achieve the best sales price for us, which we are ecstatic about. Kon always kept us informed and from beginning to end, the whole process was smooth and stress free, nothing was a problem for him. We couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. We would highly recommend Kon and have no hesitation in engaging him as our selling agent again in the future.
