James sold our apartment in Pyrmont in June 2015. I invited a number of agents to appraise the apartment and James came across as the most genuine and honest - not words you would normally associate with a real estate agent! He got a great price for the apartment and his communication throughout the process was fantastic. I'd highly recommend James if you are selling a property in Pyrmont.

We first rented our property through Morton & Morton 4 years ago, which in itself was a fantastic experience that exceeded expectations and working with Ian on the sale of our property has been no different. I had been impressed how Ian had kept in touch, knew his market and was so generous with his knowledge. From our first meeting re: the intention to sell, it was a no brainer to engage Ian and Morton & Morton. The degree of transparency and clarity of sales process is second to none. The level of communication, reporting and responsiveness superb. Ian partnered with us; from getting our place to the standard it needed to be, helping us to understand the market, walking us through the process and doing exactly what he said he was going to do. It was also Ian's experience and confidence that kept the nerves from getting the better of us, particularly at auction.
