I've known Ian Qiu for quite a few years in a landlord versus agent relationship. The overall experience is so above satisfactory that I have to make a strong recommendation for him. Ian has every quality that an excellent agent is required to have. He's understanding, knowledgable, accurate, patient, prompt... I can go on and on for a long list, whilst here's the virture that I appreciate the most: wheneve you apporach, he returns with most comprehensive answers in reply to all your questions and concerns, and in an extremely timely manner. We would recommend Ian without hesitation. His market knowledge was excellent, he was incredibly organised and good at communicating with us but above all made the sales process as easy as possible by going the extra mile: he organised carpet cleaners, the furnishings, and even the window cleaners and let them all in so we didn't have to.

My wife and I talked with Ian for a number of years about the market as he was always very friendly and knowledgeable. We were always impressed with his marketing efforts and had no hesitation appointing him when it came time to sell. He was very communicative through the process, provided great advice on marketing and had an excellent rapport with buyers. Most importantly Ian achieved the results he promised, even when I would have been happy with slightly lower offers Ian encouraged us to hold out for the optimal result, when some agents would look to take the easier deal. As such I would have no hesitation recommending Ian.
