Ian was exceptionally professional, helpful and efficient throughout the entire selling process from initial enquiry to the sale at Auction. He was patient and provided us with very useful information which helped us decide to sell our apartment. Once we decided he was very efficient in getting the property prepared for sale and proposed a very effective and cost efficient marketing campaign, which ultimately lead to the sale of the property on Auction day. Our situation was a little more complex because we live overseas, however Ian handled the extras for us such as cleaning and repairs that needed doing to make the property look its best. We were not looking forward to the selling process, however, Ian made it extremely smooth and can I say almost enjoyable?

Ian kept us up to date with strategies and updates from pre sale marketing strategy meetings through to ensuring the apartment was ready for the first inspection. His capacity for understanding the market sector and the range of buyers inspecting the site was first class. Throughout the whole process Ian kept us up to date with the progress and given our relocation interstate this was comprehensive both by email and phone conference. Morton and Morton are not a large scale franchise Real Estate agency. And that's why you should at least meet with them to discuss selling your property. I've owned and sold 3 units in Sydney now, as a seller you must be careful of real estate agents that convice you to sell the unit for less (so they can have a quick turn around and churn out the next one). Make sure you at least include James Crow and the Morton and Morton Sydney team when you start asking asking agents what they believe they can sell your property for.
