David was very helpful to secure my first investment property. He worked to make sure both parties were satisfied with the outcome and made sure the communication was prompt. Would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a property in and around Townsville.

David was always readily available to answer questions & nothing was too hard for him. Whenever there was an issue David would always investigate & solve the issue as quickly as possible. He did everything in his power to make sure the sale of our property went as smoothly as possible. We cannot recommend David highly enough. His knowledge & understanding of defence homes made us feel more at ease with the selling of our property. We wish David all the very best with his continued service to the real estate industry, & we are more than happy to recommend people to contact David if they are planning to either sell their home or buy a new one. David will definitely look after you very well.
