Hi, this is the second time I’ve had with David Bishop from Move Realestate, David sold my first house for me in Townsville, and my second in Home Hill, this property was a hard sell David put in the effort and got me the second sale. Most weekends he travelled out of the Burdekin from Townsville to show people the property, David is really easy to get along with. Nothing is a problem for him, and like I said, I have no hesitation in recommending him to sell your house. He goes the extra Mile and gets the job done. We met David at one of his open houses as we were looking to upgrade. We were looking to buy under the conditions of the sale of our current property and even tho we would put in a higher offer we kept getting knocked back. We explained our situation to David and he was more then willing to help us by putting the feelers out to a few of his invester groups and do a off market sale. With in 48hours he had received 3 offers and negotiated with one to get a higher price then we were expecting. Through out the entire process David kept us upto date with everything and help us with anything we asked. Definitely recommend David as an agent to sell or buy 💯.
