I used to have an old property manager prior to moving over to MPM and overwhelmed would be an understatement. From day 1, Trish (MPM Property) took control to ascertain where things were at for our property, she advised me on what I was entitled to, were proactive in the management of the property, followed up every outstanding task and were transparent every step of the way. Her advice has been spot on and timely, and always manages to completion. Would highly recommend MPM Property to manage any of my properties.

-Update, issue has been sorted, I'm happy to keep using them, although disappointed that I never got a follow up from management and it was left to the agent to resolve - Communication has been satisfactory until this week, after receiving a statement on Tuesday, I had a query on two deductions, which has not been acknowledged or responded to as at 1pm Friday,

We decided to renovate our investment property, and Nicole couldn't have been more helpful. She was able to assist with trade quotes and swift payment to the trades people. There was and still is constant communication and we are always up to date with what is happening at our rental. Once we completed our renovations Nicole was very thorough in her application process to make sure we found the best fit for all parties. Nicole also addresses any issues (both past and present - if any) with both tenants and Body Corporate efficiently, professionally and will always seek instructions before taking action. I would highly recommend Nicole from MPM property.

My new property manager (Jaimee) was incredibly helpful and responsive. I was shocked by how quickly she answered my many questions and organised everything so that the moving process was as seamless and straightforward as possible. Everything was made clear to me and by the time I was handed the keys I had zero questions. The easiest and smoothest interaction I’ve had with a property management service provider ever.
