She is professional, responsive, approachable, and genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled smoothly. Sarah is always quick to communicate, incredibly helpful when any issues arise, and consistently treats tenants with respect and understanding. It’s clear that Sarah takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about providing a great experience. Having a property manager who is reliable, organised, and easy to deal with makes such a difference, and Sarah has been exactly that. There is now way to emphesise how greatful we are to Anna Cowling and Cassie Harper - full stop !! Our journey is not a typical one. Deatails aside A chance meeting between Rodger Sinclair and Anna Cowling led to the construction of a rental property and a huge relief of stress. Cassie has been wonderful. After a poor experience with one of the big agencies with yellow branding, I have been really with Jaimee and MPM managing my property.
