Transparent communications
Ryhannon from Oxenford MPM, was completely open and transparent with her communications regarding the recent re-letting of my property. Her work demonstrates a thorough knowledge of the current Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA), whilst displaying empathy for both the tenant and the landlord. I consider myself fortunate to have her managing my property.

Went above and beyond to get a roof over our family’s heads.

Efficient, Diligent, Friendly and Transparent
I used to have an old property manager prior to moving over to MPM and overwhelmed would be an understatement. From day 1, Trish (MPM Property) took control to ascertain where things were at for our property, she advised me on what I was entitled to, were proactive in the management of the property, followed up every outstanding task and were transparent every step of the way. Her advice has been spot on and timely, and always manages to completion. Would highly recommend MPM Property to manage any of my properties.
