My property manager communicated promptly and addressed any questions I had in a timely and professional manner. I felt that she was just as excited for my family to be accepted as tenants as we were to recieve her phone call. All the ladies in the Pimpama office when I went to collect the keys were extremely polite & friendly.

Danielle is one for the best representations from being a wealth of knowledge but also such a seamless smooth process. Every question never left unanswered and always goes above and beyond. This is my first time renting, as I had just sold the family home and am not ready to jump back into the market just yet. I had email correspondence with Katie Moss on the Friday, and she advised me of 6 properties that were available to move in immediately, that had viewing times the following day. I met with Katie the following day to view the 6 properties she was showing. She was extremely helpful informing me of the rental process and made me feel at ease in taking this next step. I was lucky enough to be approved for 2 of the properties, and was able to move in the following Saturday. I highly recommend MPM Property and could not thank Katie enough for her guidance.

Jaimee is a very nice and professional person. We've just rented out one of the properties she manages and it was a smooth process. She took her time to prepare a very thorough entry report which made our moving in easier. She answers our queries in a timely manner, we can also use an app to lodge forms, queries and check all dates of rent paid or upcoming inspections. Great experience so far!

It is always a pleasure to communicate with the staff at MPM, nothing is too much trouble, they know my standard of tenant that I want and have always gone above and beyond to find the right ones for me. As far as maintenance goes they inform me immediately and have the job done within twenty four hours.MPM have rented my properties out for me for quite a few years now and I would highly recommend them if you are a landlord who wants your property to be well looked after.
