She explained rent details payments, water payments in a manner that I could understand as I am old so all this technology is all new to me but her explanation was very detailed Ave easy for me to understand. The property itself she explained what the requirements for us a tenant to keep house clean and mark free through out the walls however prior to moving in they allowed our intake on our entry report which is helpful to us Ave they understood there were a few issues to the property prior to us moving in which was discussed between both parties we are very happy here Katelyn is a very friendly and professional person who does a great job
