From our first contact with MPM's Kylie Tannahill to our final goodbyes when we sold our investment property, Kylie has shown us how a true property manager should conduct themselves. She has been totally professional, understanding and massive on communication. Through her honest selection of tenants we never had any issues with any of them over the 7 years we had our investment. Kylie liaised perfectly between us and our tenants. She knows the rental market and because this was our first investment property, she was always there to give us good advice on anything we were not sure of. If you are considering an investment property and are unsure of some of those underlying problems we all here about, Kylie has the knowledge and will reassure you as she has done with us. My wife and I could not recommend her highly enough. Talk to her and you will not regret it.
