There are your everyday realestates and then there is MPM. If all realestates took the time to care and help, then looking and applying for properties would be easy. MPM explained the process and took the extra time to advise us what we were missing from our application instead of dismissing our application. The easiest communication with a company of any sort that I have had to deal with. Ryhannon, if I could give you a raise I would. Thank you for going above and beyond.

MPM has been managing our property for a couple of years now and have been very professional. In particular, our current property manager is on top of things and is of quick action. We are kept up to date on all matters concerning the tenant, maintenance, payments, inspections, etc. We are living in a different State and feel we don't have to worry about our property whilst away. I'd have no reservation in recommending them.

MPM Property was recommended to me on multiple occasions. I finally decided to make the move in late 2022 and I can honestly say I should have done it sooner! I have experienced property managers in multiple companies in multiple states and none have come close to the level of communication and service I receive from MPM Property. Would Recommend.
