We really enjoyed our experience with MPM Property and Kylie in particular. We were landlords and Kylie made the renting experience so easy. Kylie made sure that any inspections were carried out very thoroughly, so thay if there were any issues we could get onto them right away. Kylie was also repectful of the tennants and their rights as well, which we really liked becaused it showed that Kylie was not just a good property manager but a lovely person as well. The tenants were well taken care of and were also wonderful! We have since sold the property but if we were to ever buy again in that area we would be going straight to Kylie.

We are using MPM Property as Landlords for 3 years and they have always been fantastic, can be reached at any time, respond quickly, keep us up to date and process paperwork and transaction on time. Unlike other agencies, their staff is not constantly changing and we have the same agent for a long time.

I am very comfortable that my house is receiving good care. Their professionalism, knowledge of the surrounding area and especially their communication is excellent, I love the online management option (so you can look at everything online - great for overseas investors), and they have yours and the tenants best interests at heart.

I would like to thank the crew at MPM, specifically Ryhannon and Juanita for getting me into my current rental property. I urgently needed a place to live and had the means to afford a rental, and with this current market it's an absolute struggle to get into any housing. But the team was able to meet my urgent requirements with professionalism and care, and I am extremely grateful for my new living situation. Thank you MPM. Your professionalism and speed in this situation was genuinely amazing, and knowing that I am now in a comfortable stable living situation has massively improved my quality of living.
