Our previous rental management company always seemed behind in following up important matters and we didn't feel that our best interests were being looked after so we came across to MPM after being very impressed with the initial check in call from them after we purchased the house and then courtesy calls to see how we were going every few months when they weren't even our managers. Our Manager Kylie Tannahill from the outset put our mind at ease and rectified the ongoing issues missed by the former managers. We hear from her regularly, keeping us informed about any issues with maintenance, tenants and negotiating leases and seeks our opinion as well as offering her own professional advice. Our rental house is part of our long term retirement plan so its wonderful to have it managed with minimum stress or input from us on a day to day basis. Kylie does that for us.
