He reported that he had a few buyers that might be interested. True to his word, Dan immediately lined up a viewing of the property, and that same day it was under contract for the full asking price without any marketing or advertising. Throughout the contract settlement period Dan kept us up to date with what was required and provided us with guidance and contacts relating to the minor issues noted within the building and pest inspection report.
