Jason is just brilliant. My property was sold within 10 days of putting it into Jason Rayner's hands, at $46.000.00 more than one of his competitors advised me was a - maybe - achievable amount. Jason constantly updated me through the process, and kept up a dialogue with both my solicitor and the buyer's solicitor. He accepted calls from all parties well after normal office hours closed, even answered queries on a Sunday. I paid no money until settlement and the commission and marketing prices were very reasonable. When I have sold other properties I have been asked for up to $4,000 for the marketing alone, upfront.
