Dan was only too willing to assist with any questions and travel to the property to check things out for me if need be, as I was buying from out of town. He was terrific with chasing matters up such as the building inspection date, and other things that needed attention. He was my go to man during the whole thing really. Jason was enthusiastic and had many ‘open houses’ for my property when there were no guests. I did not hear from Jason very often but I figured he did contact me when necessary. Because I had to sell my property at a loss Jason did negotiate a better rate for his fees. The house sale was actually completed by one of Jason’s sales team, Jean.
