Todd was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the whole process of selling our farm really smooth. His market knowledge and professionalism gave us the motivation to finish a few jobs around the property and get it on the market. Todd took the time to really learn about our property so he could answer the many questions from potential buyers, which we really appreciated. He always kept us well informed about who was coming through, as we kept inspections by appointment. He made sure everything was well organised and stress free. Todd also brought great ideas for the marketing video and advertising. He made organising the media package simple. His dedication was outstanding. He spent a lot of time with potential buyers, showing them around and sharing details about the farm. Communication was clear and easy the whole way through. Well for starters Lynda kept me calm throughout the whole process. I am usually very anxious but Lynda's positvity and calmness kept me calm. Lynda said she would get us a sale by a given date and she accomplished it within the given paremeters. Even got me the figure she said she would. A big thank you to Lynda.
