Can thoughry recommend Jason to any perspective seller or buyer. Jason has excellent local knowledge and extensive sales experience in the Rockhampton area. This combined with him being organised and attention to detail. He made the whole purchase process easy, from inspecting the property, through to negotiations and finally contract stage. He was able to point out all features of the home as well as provide information of the local area. Jason has a great character and is a good listener, yet with a polite attitude without being aggressive. Jason’s confidence made us feel at ease. He followed up quickly on any issue and worked hard for both buyer and seller. Loved his honesty and saved us a lot of worry. We would like to thank Todd Russell for all the hard work he put into selling our apartment. The service we received was incredible as he always kept in contact and went the extra mile on numerous occasions. He was very helpful and always kept us updated on a weekly basis. We have not received customer service anything like what Todd provided during/after our sale. Todd and the friendly team at Mr Real Estate always made us feel important. I don’t think we would experience the customer service we received from Mr Real Estate anywhere else!
