Main focus by agent was to simply price drop. Indicated only selling point was to lower the price. There is false marketing regarding 'getting the price you want - contact Mr Real Estate'. Communication would be generic text messages which expressed his great job at selling houses other than mine. Each left a negative experience. Would also infer in his communication that by not dropping the price I was helping other houses sell. In 3 months of engagement he had 5 people look at the properties at open homes. When property did sell, it was from by a previous couple who had first engaged with the property when I was selling privately myself. The agent generated no new interest or leads regarding the property. Post settlement of this property I removed the remaining property from his engagement.
