Jack Bi is helpful and a switched on real estate professional. He had a beautiful property and his video explaining the property was very enticing and we loved watching the same multiple times. He was always available to answer our queries and communicated with the vendor, even while he was overseas and in transit at airports. He worked closely with vendor to allow me and my family as purchasers to be at the property when we requested another building and pest inspection done during which we got to know more about the property. He also helped us secure an early settlement with the vendor on a preferrable date and we really appreciate his work. We recommend Murdoch Lee agents as they are professional and have a good knowledge of the Cherrybrook, Castle hill area.
