Jack Bi is really good agent for sure as a brief summary from my selling property experience.
First of all, we knew him from our neighbour, he sold their house to have a highest record on our steer, that’s the reason I look for him and choose him eventually, he was not chasing me and pushing me as the other agents, he was on the other side of telling me know how the market is, and what was the latest new and predictions for the next year, he also let me know what is his strategy to sell my property and analysis of what is strength and weakness of my property, that showed me how professional he is, and of course that got my attention and trust.
Before we put the property on the market, he introduced a lot of people to us, like gardeners, professional cleaners, property stylers, handyman and painters etc, that helped us to save a lot of time and energy to find good ones by ourselves, and all of them worked with Jack Bi, they all looked after us on the price, meanwhile they did excellent jobs to improve our property to look like showroom.
Then he is a very patient and kind person, we got hundreds interested group, he had to talk with them one by one, discuss with them, talk to them about the property in detail, it is just a few words in my writing, but I knew it was a huge job to handle customers like this, in addition he had to help us to make the customers to reach our target price. All in all, he did an excellent and amazing job on our property, my family members and me are all very happy with the final price and all his efforts. We really appreciated and we have to say we are very lucky to have him to work together, we would introduce all our friends to go with him if my friends think about selling properties.
