In considering which agent to list my property with, I was impressed with Reza Zad's (Murdoch Lee) passion for real estate and his local knowledge. Agreement on the marketing approach was seamless and a commission rate negotiated with flexibility. Reza was very helpful in arranging for some minor repairs and staging to enhance the appeal of my property to a purchaser. The sale process commenced pre-COVID-19, however, was finalised during the current COVID-19 restrictions. This presented several challenges in sourcing a purchaser at an acceptable price. Reza acted very professionally maintaining timely communication on the state of the market and sale options. Pre-COVID-19 contacts were followed-up and daily status updates were provided.
