Jack was a pleasure to deal with - he was consistent and courteous, we liaised with him regarding initial enquiries, inspections, subsequent inspections, questions (lots of question!) and he was always responsive and patient. Nothing appears to be a problem or too big an ask for Jack. He met us outside of hours, he also met me at a moments notice. He is a true gentlemen. I strongly recommend James to you because - Professional and always approachable. After each open home, James contacts me and gives me his opinions about all potential buyers showing up. Even during Covid19 pandemic lockdown period, James answers each enquiries and contactseach Potential buyers to explore more opportunities for the sales. James also gives good advices based on his research. The most important factor showing his professionalism is he won’t push you even if market is tough. - Caring. I am not living in Castle hill. James helps me to look after the property. He regularly visits the house to ensure everything is running well. If swimming pool or the lawn needs cleaning, he helps to arrange the services. -Goodwill. During pandemic, James helps me to get a good deal with the designers. The deal allows me to keep the furnitures till the property sold. If you are selling your property, I strong recommend James Laing to you.

In considering which agent to list my property with, I was impressed with Reza Zad's (Murdoch Lee) passion for real estate and his local knowledge. Agreement on the marketing approach was seamless and a commission rate negotiated with flexibility. Reza was very helpful in arranging for some minor repairs and staging to enhance the appeal of my property to a purchaser. The sale process commenced pre-COVID-19, however, was finalised during the current COVID-19 restrictions. This presented several challenges in sourcing a purchaser at an acceptable price. Reza acted very professionally maintaining timely communication on the state of the market and sale options. Pre-COVID-19 contacts were followed-up and daily status updates were provided. Reza continued to market the property within COVID-19 restrictions until a successful purchaser was identified. Notwithstanding COVID-19, the sale of my property was within expectations. I would certainly look to engage Reza/Murdoch on any future real estate transactions.
