We just had an absolutely wonderful experience with David, Bindi and the whole David Murphy team. We are a mixed family group (5 step siblings), selling a much loved, recently deceased parent and grand parents home. It was an emotional time for us and also tricky to organise as only one of the families involved lived in Sydney. We went with David Murphy to honour the choice of our family member, who had lived in Mosman for more than 30 years. She took an interest in local realestate and had watched David over the years. She saw him as an agent with integrity who achieved excellent results. We were not disappointed. David and Bindi looked after us like family through the whole process. They advised us and managed everything, property maintenance, painting, repairs, gardening and styling. They were always available when we needed them, were absolutely professional, unfailingly delightful to deal with and delivered exactly what they promised. David and Bindi are great communicators and made sure all 5 family groups were involved in decision making and comfortable with every step of the process. The home sold quickly for a price we were all very happy with and with an absolute minimum of effort and coordination required from the family. We couldn’t be happier and I would certainly sell though David Murphy again.
