We purchased one of David’s houses after many long months looking in the Mosman market. We had just missed out on a number of properties and generally felt like we were getting the run around from several agents in the area who would lead us in one direction, make us spend money on diligence and review only to use us as a stalking horse to drive up the price for other purchasers.
